KARAOKE POLICIES

Please inform your party of guests our policies before arrival

We accommodate the number of guests per room based on the fire protocol to ensure the safety of our patrons and staff members. Exceeding the number of guests for the rooms will result in your reservation being terminated. Your party will be charged for the remaining time on your reservation and will be asked to leave the premises

20% gratuity is applied to all rooms, including food and beverages

Host for reservation will be held accountable for any unpaid / damaged items

We hold karaoke rooms for up to 30 minutes past reservation time. If your party is running late, please notify us by calling (757) 689-1671

Max of 7 split checks are allowed

Deposits are final and non-refundable

Deposits are deducted from the bill upon arrival

Outside food or beverages are prohibited

Smoking is prohibited inside the premises

Any Expense Fees

Over Capacity Fee $100

Broken Microphone fee $200

Vomit or Bodily Fluid Cleanup Fee $150

Confetti Clean-up Fee $100

We've Discovered You Smuggled in Your Own Liquor Fee $100

Age Requirement Policy

For children under 12, we require an adult chaperone in the karaoke room

You must be 21 years old or older for karaoke reservations after midnight

Majority of the guests must be of legal age to consume alcohol in the room. If not, those planning on

enjoying a drink must do so in the bar area and cannot bring alcohol back into the room. This doesn't include parents chaperone with children

We are committed to ensuring the safety of our guests and staff. Should your party violate our policies, your reservation will immediately be terminated. Your party will be charged for the remaining time on your reservation will be asked to leave the premises
